  • Inversion skills –  max reps in row(2-3 sets) or max hold
  • Head Stand OR Modification- head on ground, toes walk toward head (straight legs) until hips are directly in line above the head (hold)
  • Hand stand-OR Elevated Push-ups Position (hips align above head, create “L” shape as much as possible)
  • Hand stand Push-ups OR Elevated Push-ups (hips align above head, create “L” shape as much as possible)
