Weighted lunges are racked on the back.  For the sprint, exit at the garage door.  Once you hit the bottom of the stairs, run as fast as you can for the sprint (no rest).

As always, for the ab-mat sit-ups, end sitting up as tall as possible at the top – elbows pinned at the sides.  No crunches allowed :)
