You are working for a maximum number of reps at each station. Treat each as its own mini workout, giving your best effort, and not necessarily staying at the same level from one movement to the next. Begin by doing as many reps as you can UNBROKEN (i.e. without stopping), then rest/work as needed until 3:00 lapse. Remember, you get a full 2:00 of rest before moving on to the next!
